Refund Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received It, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your satisfaction is important to us!  That as why we offer a one-year warranty on manufacturer defects on all our products, honored directly by our manufacturer. The customer assumes responsibility for any damage incurred to the product during the assembly process conducted independently by the customer. Here are some important steps a customer/ buyer needs to remember always: 

Please, always spread something soft (like Moving Blanket) on floor, before assembling glass, wicker, aluminum or any material furniture. Hard surface can easily scratch glass, wicker & aluminum.

Please do not use knife, blade or any sharp object to cut the cardboard box, foam or any packaging or wraps, it can damage the product inside.

Scratched or damaged material by customer during assembly cannot be exchange and returned.  

Moving forward, If something goes wrong with your items and it is not from excessive use, then we will supply the parts needed for no cost.  Sometimes this means swapping parts out or bringing the items to our warehouse to help resolve the issue. If something goes wrong due to excessive use and if you want, we can give you estimate how much will it cost to repair. Our cost estimates are very reasonable, still if customer don’t like it, then they have full choice if they want to get it repaired from us or want to use after market product or services. Should your items need some assistance but fall outside the warranty, then parts are also available for purchase to help maintain your furniture long-term.  Please contact the distributor you purchased the items from to assist you with your warranty and replacement parts needs.  They will ask you for proof of purchase (such as a receipt, order number, or order form; or in some cases an email or text conversation verifying the purchase from them).  If you purchased through the website, please email us at with photos and a description of the problem, as well as proof of purchase.

We greatly value your business and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase!  Generally speaking, once the products are assembled and removed from its packaging, it cannot easily be disassembled or returned to its packaging.  We also would not resell returned items as brand new.   As a result, we work with our customers to try and resolve the issue with replacement parts or items instead of offering returns for any reason.  We assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. 

Please check the full dimensions attached in the listings and measure you space, we provide dimension with each listings, so you will get exact measurements how large or small an item, so all sales are final in case if measurements are issue.
